Hotline+ Membership Policies

There is a 14-day mandatory waiting period following your membership registration before the Emergency Event Coverage Funds are available for use.
All life-threatening emergencies MUST be reviewed and evaluated with a Pet Vet Hotline vet BEFORE taking your pet to a vet clinic in order to be approved to use your funds. You will not receive the Emergency Event Coverage Funds if you did not contact one of our vets prior to taking your pet to a vet clinic.
If our Pet Vet Hotline vets deem the situation an emergency, you must take your pet to a vet clinic within 4 hours of the call with our vet.
The Emergency Event Coverage Fund can only be used once per year and is a one-time payout.
Available for 1 of the 6 domestic pets, registered by pet parents.
Emergency Event Coverage Funds are available only if full or monthly continuous payments are made for the duration of the membership period.
If you use your Emergency Event Coverage Fund prior to the end of your annual membership, then the remaining monthly fees of your Hotline Membership cost will be deducted from the total of your vet clinic invoice at the time of payment.  At this point, your membership will be paid in full and you will not be billed a monthly fee for the remainder of your 12-month membership.
Emergency Event Coverage Funds are paid directly to your vet clinic by EVPM Administration once the final invoice from the clinic is received and verified.
